About this Event
As UX practitioners the quality of experiences we deliver is dependant on how the organisation supports our UX practice. Taking time to understand an organisation’s UX Maturity can bring clarity of what’s working, what’s not, and how you can make a bigger impact.
Mags Hanley, UX Leadership Consultant, will take UX Gatherings through different UX Maturity Models and how they’ve been applied to organisation’s throughout her extensive career.
Mags will provide a framework to asses your own organisation’s UX Maturity then help you identify one tactical and one strategic action to take. This will be a practical group activity so come prepared to discuss how mature you’re organisation is and how you’re going to push it forward.

About UX Gatherings
UX Gatherings is a monthly event for Melbourne's UX community. Each month, we meet each other face to face to learn in-person from speakers and connect with people in the industry.
Our events and community are free of charge and run by a small and mighty team who volunteer their time.
UX Gatherings was founded in 2015 by UX Researcher Rohan Irvine and Brand Designer Renée Carmody.
