About the talk
Mindfulness is the process of focussing on experiences happening in the present moment. It’s about being fully present of where we are and what we’re doing.
Mindfulness is loosely based on the Buddhist practice of sammā-sati or right-mindfulness, and is touted in leadership circles, boardrooms and even primary school classrooms.
So how can we harness the power of mindfulness to design more meaningful experiences?
Remya Ramesh, Head of Design at OpenCities, will join UX Gatherings to share her strategies for applying mindfulness in the product development process. She will speak about the techniques learned from her meditation practice that you can apply to your research, ideation and design processes.
